New markets, new products, case studies and education were hot topics at the recent Commend UK Security & Communication workshops, held in September and November 2009.
With over 130 attendees, the three workshop events were Commend UK’s most successful to date. Held in Scotland and Stansted, the workshops created a unique environment, with a mixture of end users, installers, consultants and dealers in attendance. At the events, they learnt about advancements in Commend Intercom technology, new Commend product updates and releases, and topical case studies on applicable markets. At the end of the workshops, delegates stayed behind to ‘play’ with working equipment and raise questions to the team of Commend engineers and technical personnel on hand.
Generating interested in the much awaited new product, attendees at the 18th November Stansted workshop were privy to a ‘sneak peak’ of the forthcoming Commend Wall Mount Stations (WS Series), due to be launched in Spring early 2010.
At the end of the workshops, sample delegate feedback forms illustrated the success of the event, with comments such as: “Very informative and raised quite a few areas of interest”, “Got very interesting ideas for gaining new business”, “Very informative and concise – liked the can do attitude and the support offered”, “About the best of these type of workshops that I have attended - plenty of information and presented at a good rate.”
